Garrett LeeWe are excited to welcome such a bright and talented individual to this new Covenant retirement community. Originally from Muskogee, OK, Garrett earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK, before whisking away to Springfield, MO.

There, he began his career in healthcare as a clinical laboratory tech, working with numerous doctors. After successfully earning his Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Missouri State University, he advanced to a position as Practice Advisor for Oklahoma’s Quality Improvement Organization, where he consulted with 35-40 clinics throughout the Northeastern Oklahoma area. His focuses were improving and enhancing productivity, efficiencies, electronic health record implementation, and patient care.
